Each Art Chair on the Tour has a Trivia Question displayed with it. Write your answers to the Chair Trivia Questions placed at each of the Art Chair displays on the corresponding space on the Tour de Chair Entry Form.

The more Art Chairs you visit and Trivia Questions you answer, the more times your name will be entered for a chance to win PRIZES!
25 answered - your name will be entered once
26 - 50 answered - your name will be entered 2 times
51 - 75 answered - your name will be entered 3 times
76 - 99 answered - your name will be entered 4 times
100+ answered - your name will be entered 7 times
