About the Artist:

Julie Horowitz is 10 and attends Kellogg School. She loves art and is inspired by her older sister, Ana, and her aunt, Shaari Horowitz, a professional artist, who guided her through this project. Julie is very proud to have had her work selected among the top 400 out of 28,000 student works in the country for the Google Doodle logo contest in 2009. She has also exhibited her art work at the Goshen Fair for several years now.
