Ninon deZarra-Ronn is a painter, fiber artist, and beader, specializing in multi-media applications of paint, dye, thread, beads, etc., in the fine and decorative arts. Her silk paintings are abstract and figurative, usually framed but sometimes included in fabric collages, and on handbags and clothing. Her work is joyfully colorful and decorative. A passionate bead worker, this artist designs neckpieces, bracelets, and earrings. She studied art and engineering in college, is currently a full-time artist who maintains a studio in Roxbury, Connecticut and instructs on a regular basis.
